Stay alive Fox

I wish I could draw a better lineart but I can't with my crapy hand.

I was thinking about Star Fox Assault and FoxXKrystal romance these days. This pic looks like The last shoot but I just wanna draw a sad hug between Krystal and Fox.
What is going on here ? Well I like to let the choice to the watchers, that's why I don't add text or show explicitly my story about this scene.

This is the first time I draw Fox's "Assault suit" and I realised that this design doesn't make any sense at all o/ (how can he take off his shoes ?). My first reference was the official refsheet, then I realised they changed the design in the final game version soooo... I hope I changed everything right.

I drew a lot of sketches of this couple, I will probably post them on tumblr.

[EDIT]: So it seems that I must explain my scene anyway, I don't wanna poeple think my version of Krystal is as dumb as the official one... so, I explain in the BIG lines:
Fox, Krystal and Slippy are fighting on Katina (on the ground). Falco isn't avaible, The greatFox is far and Slippy must take away the control system who controls the robots. There is a lot of ennemies (robots) and the Star Fox team try to keep control of the battle. But more ennemies are coming and our heros are moved away from eachothers. Slippy isn't visible anymore and Fox is surrounded. Krystal start to take advantage so she take the time to look arround for her teamates and call them by radio. Slippy ask help and Fox says that he is okay but wouldn't mind for some help.
She can see him but at this moment a hidden robot shoots him (very close to the heart). Fox doesn't realize what is going on already but he feels bad then falls on the floor, awake. Krystal run over him (as fast as she can in this gun fight) and try to pull him over danger. No time to worry, she knows that she must find a save place, not only an hidden one. She saw an unbroken stockroom so she decide to drag him in it as fast as possible and inform the GreatFox and Slippy about their situation. Now it is done she quickly shoots some robots near the door, close it and lock it with an electric charge on the control panel (with a powerful electroshock weapon she brought for this mission. The pannel isn't destroyed). At all this time she have Fox in her arms.

If Krystal don't care of the wound in this pic it is because she just falls and nervously hugs Fox, because she's briefly shocked (it's Fox after all). By the way she has her hand on the Fox's lesion (like she unconsciously wanted hide this terrible thing). Fox just became unconscious and the blood start to come out (that's why I didn't drew blood on their way). You can see that she doesn't cry, she don't have the time to. In 3 sec she will take a deep breath, lift the jacket so she can see how bad is it and start to make pressure and start to care of with a medikit (the only one she has).
Then she will make a barrier on the door with some metal pieces from the stockroom, talk in a transmission with Rob on the GreatFox and Slippy and wait in hopes Slippy will finish the mission and the help will come soon.

In this time Fox is unconscious on the floor and Krystal, sit near to him, feels herself useless at this moment. Then she thinks "I can't cure you... but I can help you to fight." Then she will deeply think about him, using her telepath ability to talk to him, in hopes he can actually hear her. "Come back to us... ... come back to me."

After an hour he will finally wake up before the help comes, look Krystal standing over him and slowly tell her "...You were in my mind. Thank you Krystal."
Is it because Krystal have really the power to show herself in Fox's mind of did he just dream about her? Was it really helpfull or not ? We will never know (well I know but I will not tell you ). They can hear Slippy behind the door with reinforcement, work on the pannel in the other side.
"Krystal, We're here ! Can you move the barrier please ?".

Yes I missed a lot of details but this is not useful to write them here, this is not a fanfic (and you know now why I don't write some ^^'). And yes this isn't original but I DON'T CARE ! Leave me express my romantic craps and run in a giant purple garden with a unicorn !

This pic represent that precise moment when you are shocked by a situation and think for the worst for 2 sec. That's why a choose black&white and red colour for the background. For the intensity of the scene, the intensity of these two seconds who seems be an eternity.
I'm sorry if this pic may be upset somebody but first of all, This is a personal drawing, I just wanna draw a dramatical hug like a said. Secondly I wanna represent the most hard part of the scene for krystal, that very bad moment when you are shocked and think your love is dead. Then you clear your mind and start to act like you should.
I'm sorry if I couldn't express that in the drawing. But for me, this drawing is nice, I'm happy with it.
I didn't want draw a lot of blood because I wanna stay realist (I prefer remember my biology lessons and not the next mature video games or movies) and avoid the "mature tag" so anybody can see the pic.

But I have no shame to show my horrible English to the entire world. Deal with it.

[EDIT]: I disable the comments because I'm sick of people complaining about the scene, like she should press the wound, go for help ect... I just can't anymore, I don't want to see this kind of comment in my inbox. This is my choice.

I just add MORE details so that people can calm down (I never thought a simple drawing done in 2 damn hours would make all that noise):
1) Krystal IS pressing the wound ! I'm sorry if I haven't drawn this correctly, I did my best for this little drawing, but I thought it was pretty clear in my opinion.

2) I wrote the entire context just so you can understand. The enemies are not aparoids. Just because they're wearing Assault suits doesn't mean they are fighting aparoids.

3) The ennemy in that scene are simple robots who created their own weapons with what they had near them. Fox was shooted by a metalbullet propelled by electricity, not a form of energy like the blasters, THAT'S WHY he's bleeding. Anyway, I think he could bleed from a plasma shoot, just a little at least .

4) When Fox is running, his jacket is moving to his sides. He was shooted during action. That's why there isn't a hole on his jacket. Besides, Krystal's hand is ON teh wound so... If hole it is, you can't see it in this drawing.

5) This pic shows the exact moment when Krystal joins Fox and takes him in her arms, on panic. Few seconds after, and if she COULD (not the case here anyway), OF COURSE she would search for help, medikit or other crap that can save the man she loves.
